Bmore Pro Productions — Effective upon booking

•Starting prices are provided to help clients understand the expected investment. Final pricing depends on coverage length, location, deliverables, production needs, add-ons, and turnaround time.
•All estimates and starting prices shown on the website are estimates only, not guaranteed final totals.
•Clear communication is always best — if you have a budget range you want to stay within, please share it during the booking process so we can recommend the best package for your needs.
•A formal quote will be provided after reviewing your full project scope, timeline, and deliverables.
•Custom scopes, invoices, vendor documentation, commercial usage terms, and multi-day production quotes are available for organizations and production partners.

•Booking is a request process, not automatic confirmation. After you submit a request, we review it, confirm scope and availability, and send a final quote.
•No dates are confirmed until a quote is approved and a deposit is received.
•A client portal becomes part of the workflow after booking confirmation, providing access to project updates, payments, uploads, and deliverables.

•A non-refundable retainer (deposit) of 50% is required to secure the project date and services.
•The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of final media, prior to release of downloadable files unless otherwise agreed in writing.
•No dates are held without a confirmed deposit payment.

•All usable images from your session or event are delivered with basic gallery processing: exposure correction, white balance, basic color consistency, and basic crop/straightening.
•Professionally finished edits are a separate, higher level of editing that includes: detailed color work, refined crop/composition, skin/blemish cleanup, distracting-object cleanup, and additional polishing.
•Your package includes a selected number of professionally finished edits. Additional finished edits are available at $25 each, or in bundles: 10 for $225, 25 for $500, or 50 for $900.
•Basic gallery processing does NOT include detailed retouching on every image. Do not expect every delivered image to receive professionally finished edit-level treatment unless specifically purchased.

•Same-Day Selects ($300): up to 10 professionally edited photographs delivered during or shortly after the event. Same-Day Selects Plus ($450): up to 20 professionally edited photographs.
•Same-Day Selects are a small group of immediately usable finished photos — they are not the full project expedited.
•48-Hour Full Project Rush: +25% of total project price, $250 minimum. The entire agreed project is expedited within 48 hours. This is different from Same-Day Selects.

•Each service page lists its included revisions. Most video packages include 1 revision round; Corporate Video, Brand Story Video, Personal Documentary, and Custom Campaign packages include 2. Headshot sessions include 1 revision round on finished edits. Event and hourly photography galleries do not include revisions — additional professionally finished edits can be added. Additional revision rounds are $150 per round; extensive re-edits beyond a normal revision round are billed at $125/hour.
•Additional revisions apply only to changes that remain within the agreed original scope. Reshoots, new creative direction, new deliverables, or scope expansion require a new quote.
•Revision requests must be submitted within a reasonable timeframe after delivery.

•Travel within 25 miles of Baltimore, MD (21201) is included. Beyond 25 miles, travel is billed at $0.70/mile round trip plus tolls and parking. Out-of-state projects may include lodging and per-diem costs. All travel fees are disclosed upfront in your quote.

•Coverage beyond the agreed session or event time is billed at the service's hourly rate ($200/hr for photography, $250/hr for video).
•Additional crew, cameras, or gear requested beyond the agreed scope will incur additional charges as listed in the service add-ons.

•Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot.
•If notice is not provided within this window, the deposit will be forfeited.
•Bmore Pro Productions will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling when availability permits.

•Raw footage delivery is not included in standard packages. It is available as an add-on starting at $350.
•For larger productions or campaigns, raw footage delivery is custom-quoted based on footage volume, storage, and media transfer.

•Bmore Pro Productions retains full copyright ownership of all media created.
•Clients are granted a non-exclusive license for personal or standard web/social commercial use based on the project scope.
•Standard web and social usage may be included with the project.
•Paid advertising, broadcast, larger campaigns, or expanded commercial usage require a custom licensing agreement.
•Media may not be resold, redistributed, or used outside the agreed purpose without written permission.
•Credit to Bmore Pro Productions is appreciated and may be required for certain commercial or public uses.

•Final deliverables will be provided in digital format (1080p and/or 4K) via secure download link or designated delivery platform.
•Delivery timelines (turnaround) will be communicated prior to or at the time of booking and vary by project scope.
•Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up all delivered files upon receipt.
•Final deliverables will be stored for up to 90 days after delivery. After this period, Bmore Pro Productions is not responsible for file storage or recovery.

•Add-ons (additional edits, same-day selects, rush, extra crew, cameras, drone, lighting, teleprompter, captions, raw footage, etc.) are available at the prices listed on the Services page and Package Builder.
•Add-on prices are subject to change. The prices in effect at the time of booking confirmation will apply.
•Some add-ons (drone, advanced lighting) are subject to feasibility and may require custom quotes.

•After booking confirmation, clients receive access to a client portal for tracking project status, payments, upload requests, and deliverables.
•Portal access requires a registered account with the email used for booking.

•Bmore Pro Productions maintains creative discretion in capturing and editing content consistent with its style and professional standards.
•While client input is valued, final edits reflect the company's artistic direction unless otherwise agreed.

•Clients are responsible for: securing necessary permissions for locations, ensuring participants are ready and available at scheduled times, and providing accurate information regarding the project scope.
•Delays caused by the client may impact delivery timelines and/or incur additional fees.

•Bmore Pro Productions is not liable for circumstances beyond its control including but not limited to: weather conditions, venue restrictions, equipment failure (reasonable backup measures will be in place).
•In the unlikely event of total failure to deliver due to unforeseen circumstances, liability is limited to the amount paid by the client.

•By submitting payment or a booking request, the client agrees to these Terms & Conditions in full.
