Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Bmore Pro Productions — Effective May 2025
Summary: A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to hold your date. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the shoot date will not forfeit the retainer toward a rescheduled date. Cancellations within 7 days forfeit the full retainer.
1. Booking Retainer
A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total project quote is required to secure your project date and reserve services. No date is held without a confirmed retainer payment. The remaining 50% balance is due upon delivery of final media, prior to release of downloadable files, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation 7+ days before shoot date
The retainer may be applied as a credit toward a rescheduled booking within 90 days, subject to availability. No cash refund will be issued.
Cancellation within 7 days of shoot date
The full retainer is forfeited. No credit or refund will be issued due to the reserved time and production preparation already committed.
Cancellation after services are rendered
No refund will be issued once shooting has begun or been completed. All payments are final after services are rendered.
3. Rescheduling
Rescheduling requests must be submitted at least 7 days prior to the scheduled shoot date. Bmore Pro Productions will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling based on availability. Rescheduled bookings must occur within 90 days of the original date. Only one rescheduling is permitted per booking under these terms.
4. Cancellation by Bmore Pro Productions
In the unlikely event that Bmore Pro Productions must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control (illness, emergency, severe weather), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full credit toward a rescheduled booking or a full refund of the retainer paid. We are not liable for any additional costs incurred as a result of the cancellation.
5. How to Cancel or Reschedule
To cancel or reschedule your booking, contact us in writing via email at bmoreproproductions@gmail.com or call/text (443) 703-6601. The cancellation or rescheduling is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Bmore Pro Productions.
6. Agreement
By submitting a retainer payment, you agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy in full. This policy is part of our full Terms & Conditions.
